I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic and respectful.I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. I would also say that I am a high-achieving teacher. I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. Also, I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do. For example, in my last role, I managed to turn around an underperforming class. At the end of the year, their examination pass rate was 15 percent higher than the school average. I am friendly because i want to make my students feel that speaking English can empower them to share ideas and do business outside their nation and throught it, the opportunities that they can get are limitless.
