I basically focus on conceptual learning and I try to make them understand the logic behind the given concept that makes a kid confident about that topic rather than rot learning..
After every chapter I prefer taking a mcq test offline /online both and also like to discuss the results with their respective guardian.
On Saturdays I would like to sit with the kid and discuss about the problems faced by them and try to help them and improve them
Monthly assessment is also expected from my end.
I believe that teaching is a process where you learn and relearn and I m extremely happy to share my knowledge to kids and also learn from them
