Teaching is a skill. A teacher then only be a good teacher if he tries to take down himself to students level first and then upgrade students to his own level after giving him mental and educational support. By showing annoyance to students the goal can't be fulfilled. Teacher should keep his/ her patience such that students get the opportunity to ask him the doubts without any fear. To a student teacher should be the guide and phillosofer to him. It should be a smooth process and students must be encouraged to do the tasks by his own.
