Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress and behavior

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Teaching certification or license
Experience working with students in a classroom setting
Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards teaching
