As a commerce lecturer I try engaging the students with the dynamic field of commerce. I facilitate discussions that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving among my students, preparing them for the challenges of the global marketplace. In addition to imparting theoretical knowledge, I inspire my students to harness their entrepreneurial spirit by exploring Opportunities to turn their skills and passions into viable startup ventures, instilling in them the
confidence to pursue their dreams and create their own paths to success in the dynamic world of commerce.
I have already Evaluated student performance through comprehensive assessments, identifying areas of improvement and providing targeted feedback for growth.
