As a devoted yoga practitioner with a background in intuitive healing I am passionate about providing unique, healing and relaxing yoga sessions to clients of all ages unearth their healthiest selves and discover their inner peace through Posture Alignment, Breathwork, Meditation and Mindfulness techniques.
My yoga sessions include asana practice, pranayama, mantara chanting followed by meditation.

My goals is to to make my clients once again fall in love with themselves, heal themselves mentally and physically, and become their best version through Yoga, Lifestyle changes, and Counseling.

All sessions will be customised to clients needs.
