I teach with real life illustrations. Generally programming is combination of of logic and rules. If anyone taught with real life illustrations then learning not only becomes easy also full of fun. Moreover i just not only focus on exams and academic aspacts of course rather concerned of its future use in student's career. So with little or even no effort they can use their learning in their career. I also relate the new teaching content with the student's existing knowledge of programming that helps student to master new content with little effort and corelate new knowlege with existing knowlegde. For example a student with knowledge of c or any previous programming language can learn c++ with less than 40 % effort then absulate fresher.
