I’m committed to not only using my knowledge and skills in the classroom, but also and more importantly, to be an integral part of my student's development. This sincere interest in the pupils' personal growth has been my primary motivation.

Because I am not committed to just a job, but to the teaching profession as a whole. I place high value on constant learning and I always take the initiative when it comes to attending conferences, workshops and talks that can prepare me to be a better teacher.

As per my experience no two students are the same, so a great tutors needs to be able to change their teaching style with each new student. A student won't learn if the tutor doesn't show up to a lesson. Students don't always have questions at the same time every week. The ability for a tutor (or at least a tutoring service) to adapt to a student's needs is key.

A teacher should understand how to break down the material into pieces and convey them in ways according to the student's current level of understanding.
