I keep things fun simple and interesting. I don't put too much pressure and I am neither too strict nor very lenient. Different students process things differently and I always make sure my students feel loved and understood. There is already a lot of pressure on kids these days, it is important to understand this.
Everybody is trying their best and we should always have a positive and encouraging and nurturing environment for them so that they like and understand what they are learning and not see it as a burden.

My students have done exceptionally well in the past and I always make sure that I cater to the different needs of different students.
No two child is the same, I work and teach accordingly.
