Karl Peterson Classical piano teacher

Our online/Skype piano teacher, Karl, offers classical and free improvisation for ages 12 and above,
from intermediate to very advanced (professional). This piano teacher has a Masters of Music degree,
and has a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Karl has been teaching piano
lessons since 2010. Karl is a former student of piano professor Matti Raekallio, who is currently
teaching at the Juilliard School in New York City. in his career, Karl has performed in many renowed
venues such as - Estonia Concert Hall, Estonian National Opera, Gasteig in Munich, Verdi House in
Milan, Arlberg1800 Concert Hall, Rosengarten in Mannheim etc From 2015 to 2017 was he Artistic
Director of chmaber music series called Plathners Eleven in Hanover, Germany. During those years he
organized concerts, but most importantly, played with many internationally acclaimed classical
musicians. Karl has experiences of accompaning singers, string and woodwind players. Additionally he
has taken part of free improvisation and jazz courses and made transcriptions for piano from Star

Symphoniacs in the piano category, which led to a performance with this ensemble in Mannheim,

and experiences as a classical pianist, adding his occasional experiences with jazz, pop and free
improvisation, his positive and energetic attitude and there you have - an inspiring and professional
