I am very experienced in teaching using blackboard and projector. I am also experienced and very comfortable in online teaching using Zoom or Google Meet or Webex also. I explain the concepts clearly with basics and it's importance also practically if required. I make the students to learn the subject by understanding. I encourage the students to clear their doubts if any in the classroom and also outside the classroom.
I motivate the students to learn the concepts by showing the videos of the updated technology of those concepts. I also encourage the students by conducting competitions between them. I also explain the importance of human values and ethics to the students. I motivate the students to do online courses on updated technology. I also encourage them to write competitive exams to know their abilities and guide them to improve their abilities. I also take the classes to improve their communication skills and also discuss the problems of the present society.
