It is like the students are oriented to learn the way in which they prefer.
Some are slow learners. The way in which the interaction between the student and the teacher is always beneficial for the student community.
The sense of a student not understanding is clearly anticipated and suitable remedial measures such as repitition, additional insights are provided for the student separately as and when required by the student.
many a times students express their concern towards the subject and the remedy is immediate. If the problem is to be detected, then the task is more challenging and interesting, where the new methods and ideas get their place.
The measures are ensured to make the students feel they take away from the respective class or session earmatked.
Still, the rate of learning and the duration up to which a particular student absorbs the given concepts is dependent on the individual student and the exposure.
No doubt, that the method of teaching always have a greater impact on the level of absorption. Definitely, time has to be given to allow the students to absorb. This has to be followed by revision before commencement of next session in order to ensure strong reception.
