On my teaching journey, I prioritize laying a strong foundation by creating a comprehensive outline tailored to my students' language learning objectives. The initial step involves assessing their current proficiency level, leading to the development of a customized syllabus outlining the topics we'll cover and the expected outcomes of our lessons.

Embracing the philosophy of Learn-Practice-Recall, my sessions commence with a lecture-oriented approach, evolving into a feedback-oriented structure as we progress. To gauge learning efficacy and retention, I incorporate at least one mock test for each new topic introduced. I firmly believe that understanding a student's progress is integral to any training program. As such, I include assessments seamlessly within my existing curriculum, without any additional fees.

My expertise extends to offering English courses at all levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, IGCSE, IB, IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, TOEFL). Additionally, I provide courses in French (Beginner and Intermediate Levels), Spanish (Beginner and Intermediate Levels), Italian (Beginner and Intermediate Levels), IB HL, SL, and AB Initio in French, Spanish, German, Hindi for non-native speakers, and Korean for Beginner and Intermediate Levels.

    FLEC is a brainchild of my personal experiences in the corporate environment and the possible problems arising due to lack of effective communication. Apart from overcoming the language barriers, I believe it is equally important to have the right attitude for communicating in a non-native language. I, along with other teachers at FLEC, aim to minimize the cultural gap at various workplaces / universities / organizations around the world by providing quality training programs for effective communication and diversity management.
