Being a student passed out with psychology degree,I can take care of student needs and doubts with keen understanding. I believe in pressure less learning environments where student can focus on gaining maximum content from the expert teaching them. Even though my main subject is programming and maths,my teaching will be as creative as possible even for a student with low IQ.
I can even assess the student learning capacity and improve their skills. Every student needs personal assistant in this time and age to know their unique style of learning so that parent can see their child as successful person . I did my dissertation on how special needs person can be qualified for a job with right assistant and training. Student should be given opportunity to express themselves about they want to learn and teacher should create such schedules according to the needs for student for maximum results.

"TEACHER SHOULD SEE,UNDERSTAND AND TEACH EVERY STUDENT UNIQUELY" is what I believe and follow through during my teaching sessions.
