Valuable teacher
Rajesh has the following traits which I looked for in a teacher.
His composure and patience made my introduction to networking very pleasurable.
Due to his years of experience, he showed empathy where it was needed.
He often had to be highly adaptable for me as I needed an extra explanation for the basics. I am glad he put all that effort into me to understand the basics as this proved to be crucial to understanding the more complex topics. I had to cancel a few times due to personal reasons. Rajesh did not make any issue with rescheduling the lessons I had to cancel.
Rajesh has a suspension of bias. This is very important for a teacher as he/she should be able to assess the student fairly and not overcharge. I thought my level to be further but after Rajesh assessed my level, I needed to start from 0. At the time I did not understand but after 3 months after completion I am glad, he was fair. This will avoid future mediocracy in my career.
He creates a stress-free environment that made learning fast and enjoyable. At first, he was at a faster pace which made me feel overwhelmed. We concluded that I would need a few extra lessons to focus on certain topics.
His communication skills are on par so this teaching could meet my needs. I am confident that once a student makes it clear what they expect ahead of time that he can teach anyone networking.
I commend his style of teaching rather than instructing. However, it seems that he was checking boxes to complete the lesson plan towards the end of the period. When I confronted him, he more than gladly took away my worries and doubts by explaining what we missed free of charge. He is worth every penny. I am very grateful to Rajesh. On to the CCNP after the CCNA.

A patient and understanding tutor
Rajesh teaching methods are great. Very clear and concise. Doesn’t waste your time explaining meaningless background information and always lectures with the intent to help you understand the material. Very professional and knowledgeable Tutor!!!
