I always follow an approach to explain how learning a specific concept in math or physics is not as difficult as it seems. If you fear math take a demo class to know that math is not that much difficult. I have been teaching from past 10 years and have taught more than 2000 students both online and offline. Have taught students from almost all the boards and G6 to G12. The online classes are like offline class only where I use digital pen to explain and the recorded video will be available for the student's reference. The student can ask any doubt at any time as long as that is not disturbing the class the the flow of learning and if thais happens then the doubt will be cleared later but in the same class.
