I have seen lots of websites, tutorials, profiles where the quality of an educator/tutor is judged on basis of the number of years they are in the field and/or the reputation of the organization they are/had worked before.

I guess more than the above mentioned factors, a good teacher should be defined as someone who has quality knowledge and the methodologies he/she uses to transfer that knowledge to the future generations.

I am one of that kind mentioned in para 2. I love being a tutor because I like to help students become better everyday and I want to be a part of a child's success in life. I enjoy building student's confidence and sharing the joy that comes with improvement. We are a Big Family. There are laughs, fun, but above all much knowledge. I hope to continue being part of such amazing program.
