I always believe to supply according to the need.Also I try to understand the student in a polite and friendly manner but side to side I stay little strict so the students complete their work dutifully.My aim is to make the student realise that knowledge is their best friend in the world and for that they need to study by loving it. They should never take studies as a pressure instead they should embrace it to be successful in life. I also help them as much I can whenever they need from me.
