Chemistry is a beautiful subject. Complete understanding makes you a master. I encourage students to be independent. Work with them on a one to one basis with patience. I work with the students and understand their learning personality and guide accordingly. Give them worksheet to kindle their in interest in the subject.
Regularity is what I expect from the students. I intend to inform the parents about the process and the progress. A primary written assessment will help me understand where the student stands. According to which I will start the class.
