I have been into tutions since three years along with my graduation. l have cracked Exams such as JEE Mains ; science Olympiad,CET,NTSE,MTSE etc so have a good experience in field of competitive exams. I have developed some unique ways for making it easier for students to understand basics and look forward for critical problems. I always be a friend cum tutor for my student's.
Revision of already learnt skills be my priority and then coming to the syllabus, making links between these skills. Taking regular weekly and monthly tests and correcting them in future is also a part of my methodology.In short I just concentrate on hammering the skills engraved in student, rather than empowering them to master a new skill. This has worked and the confidence level of student grows as he is happy doing things he already knows.
Parents satisfaction is also a key factor for students success, so including feedback of parents in my course and taking proper initiatives towards improving study habits of student forms an apex goal.
So, ultimately my methodology orients toward taking proper initiatives to fulfill academic and parential demands.
