My methodology
* Understanding the current learning level of the student and preparing the student to bring him/her up to the level they need to be.
* Customize the lessons to bring out maximum learning outcome I.e. to teach concepts along with examples per student's level of understanding.
* Concepts with daily-life examples so that the concepts are clear along with problems/numericals.
* Regular Homework is a must and I expect only those students to enroll who are committed, hard working and open to assignments/homework.
* I always make sure there's friendly atmosphere so that the student is comfortable and open to discussing and resolving his/her doubts; "No doubt is silly"
* Periodic tests and feedback.
* Parents will be kept in loop regarding the performance of the student.
* I believe Parent/s are equally responsible in bringing out the best in their kid/s' performance by motivating and supporting them.
* There's no replacement to hard work along with smart thinking. Each student has to put in regular efforts to hone his/her skills. "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard."
* Student/parents to feel free for any help, queries or clarification; Can reach me on mobile, what's app 24x7. I would try to get back within a day.

Honest ,Friendly, Quick and Responsible

I am very glad I come to know Srikanth. I was looking for a violin tutor for my son for a quite some time, I could not find one over 3 months. Srikanth, though not violin tutor, volunteered to help me to find tutor, as promised he found one for me, Srikanth kept me informed all the times on his search to find tutor. I was pleasantly surprised as I was n't expecting this kind of qualities Honest ,Friendly, Quick and Responsible. Proficiency

Srikanth is very proficient in his subjects. He has vast knowledge and good skills. We were looking for a Veda teacher and Srikanth was helpful in finding a teacher for us and also conducting a demo session along with the teacher. He is very cooperative and sincere.
