Students have different strengths and areas they need improvements in. I believe in my ability to work closely with my students and strike a level of comfort and eventually help them to identify their strengths. And, work with them in areas they need to improve. I have successfully brought a few students out of fear and aversion they have had for mathematics. I focus on conceptual understanding and try to bring students to appreciate mathematics and thereby cultivating interest. I encourage students to discuss and reverse teaching.

I follow a systematic assessment plan. I conduct periodic tests and assessments and evaluate student performance and provide feedback. I am open to being flexible with my methods to suit each student's needs.
