I believe in a continuous knowledge sharing from my students after they have passed class 10.Before that I am very careful about their basic formations of rationale sense and academic sincerity. Moreover, Once I am committed with my student, it is very much about the two of us to decide how much effort we should jointly execute which in most cases exceeds the initial negotiations with parents. I am always eager to invest more time on my students and keep on doing o until they are grabbed by their academic excellence.
My methods are very much scientific since I always prefer to take short and long tests at different points of the session's preparation and work on the loopholes of their perfection thus exposed. I always try to provide a motivation not only just to score grades and live a mechanistic life but i try to persuade all art forms of life as per the students choices which have always resulted in their academic flourishment in my 9 years' teaching experience. Rest are on the parents who are expected to provide us proper space and required supervision in this entire process of knowledge transfer.
I love academics, i love students, i love a power-gap free space to celebrate the other forms of epistemology.
