I am a bioinformatician with hands-on experience in the analysis of high-throughput genomics data. As a researcher, I have experience in the fields of cancer biology and the analysis of various NGS data sets. My academic credentials include a B.Tech degree in Bioinformatics and an M.Tech degree in Computational Biology. I have extensive experience with R, Bash, and Python.
My approach to teaching is to engage the student in an interactive process where they find answers on their own with guidance from me. I stay up to date on the latest teaching techniques that I think will help my students to gain a better understanding of the subject matter.
